TREMFYA® is intended for use under the guidance and supervision of a physician. Patients may self-inject with TREMFYA® after physician approval and proper training.

When you choose TREMFYA®, different patient support programs may help patients get TREMFYA®, depending on their coverage. Patients with government insurance may not have coverage for TREMFYA®. Learn more about specific patient support programs and eligibility requirements.
The TREMFYA® Injection Training Support Program is available for patients who have been prescribed TREMFYA® by their dermatology healthcare provider for either moderate to severe plaque psoriasis or active psoriatic arthritis. Patients can enroll online via TREMFYA.com or, alternatively, download an enrollment form. Submitting this form helps patients get additional injection support once they have received initial self-injection training from their dermatology healthcare provider.
Eligible patients using commercial insurance can save on out-of-pocket costs for TREMFYA®. Eligible patients pay $5 for each injection, with a $20,000 maximum program benefit per

CoverMyMeds has collaborated with Janssen to provide resources beyond core electronic prior authorization capabilities for TREMFYA®. The enhanced electronic processes include access to Janssen patient support programs, such as Janssen CarePath Savings Program, while providing consistent visibility into the patient journey. This is not a Janssen CarePath platform; however, it does support your ability to enroll patients into Janssen patient support programs directly through CoverMyMeds.
