This program is not available to individuals who use any state or federal government-funded healthcare program to cover a portion of medication costs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Department of Defense, or Veterans Administration. Program is for medication only. Terms expire at the end of each program year and may change.
†Requiring no step edits indicates a drug will be given first-line biologic access and will not require stepping through other biologic therapies.

Start Patients on TREMFYA® With iAssist®§
A streamlined, all-in-one, web-based solution designed to help start patients on TREMFYA®. iAssist® supports electronic prescribing, electronic prior authorizations, and online access to the TREMFYA® So Simple Trial Program and other Janssen patient support programs.
§AssistRx is a third-party technology solutions provider. iAssist® is an AssistRx online platform that supports the processes of prescribing and distributing prescription therapies, including electronic prescriptions and electronic prior authorizations. Janssen Biotech, Inc. has contracted with AssistRx to develop a customized and branded workflow within the iAssist® platform that helps connect patients to the Janssen programs that support them after their treatment is prescribed.
